Thesleff Group is looking for talented and passionate Chef de Parties to join our award-winning kitchen teams across our collection of London restaurants.


This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious chefs who thrive in fast-paced, high-quality environments and are looking to develop their careers within one of London's most dynamic and growing hospitality groups. We are looking for chefs who are passionate about exceptional food, fresh ingredients, creativity, and delivering outstanding dining experiences.


As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and creativity that define every Thesleff Group venue. Working alongside experienced Head Chefs and talented kitchen brigades, you will be supported in developing your skills and progressing your culinary career.

Key Responsibilities

Run your designated section confidently during service.

Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards.

Support Commis Chefs and junior team members with coaching and guidance.

Work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintain excellent food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards.

Assist with mise en place, stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation are maintained throughout every service.

Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.


What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant or premium hospitality environment.

A genuine passion for food, fresh ingredients, flavour, and presentation.

The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and progress.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience across different cuisines is welcomed, with specialist experience considered an advantage depending on the restaurant.
