Thesleff Group is seeking a proactive, highly organised and solutions-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing team. In this key role, you will assist in attracting and onboarding top talent to drive excellence across our venues.

Reporting to the Recruitment & Retention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high-performing teams across the Group. As the business has continued to grow rapidly, this is a fast-paced and hands-on role requiring a high level of ownership, adaptability and initiative. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, solving problems as they arise and thinking on your feet while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Recruitment & Retention Manager in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and progressing candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

· Take ownership of day-to-day recruitment coordination across multiple vacancies and venues, ensuring recruitment activity remains organised and moves efficiently.

· Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts and induction plans.

· Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive recruitment experience from initial application through to onboarding.

· Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, recruitment priorities and changing operational needs, providing proactive support throughout the selection process.

· Manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and sound judgement to resolve issues and keep processes moving.

· Monitor recruitment activity and key metrics, maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports and updates to the Recruitment & Retention Manager.

· Support recruitment projects and initiatives as the Group continues to grow and evolve.

· Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.


Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role, ideally within the hospitality, luxury or fast-paced service sectors.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

· Use of recruitment/HR platforms (Talent Funnel, Fourth, Mapal) is a big plus, but not required.

· High attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment documentation and candidate information.

· A proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

· The ability to think on your feet, use initiative and make decisions confidently within a fast-moving environment.

· A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or seek support.

· Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to respond positively to changing priorities and the demands of a growing business.

· A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in finding and retaining top talent.
