We are seeking an exceptional Head Host to join our vibrant team at Los Mochis Notting Hill.

The Role – Head Host

As Head Host, you will lead the reception team and take full ownership of the guest journey from the very first interaction.

The Head Host will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience for every guest.

You will work closely with management and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service operations while leading, training, and inspiring the reception team.

Key Responsibilities – Head Host

• Lead and manage the reception team on a day-to-day basis
• Oversee reservations and optimise table planning and guest flow
• Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging guest welcome
• Liaise closely with management and service teams during service
• Train, mentor, and develop junior hosts and reception staff
• Ensure brand standards and service excellence are consistently maintained

Requirements – Head Host

• Previous experience as a Head Host, Head Receptionist, or Senior Host in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Fluent English (additional languages are advantageous)
• Professional, positive, and proactive approach
