We are now seeking passionate Commis Waiters / Waitresses to join our team and contribute to one of London's most distinctive hospitality experiences.

The Role

As a Commis Waiter / Waitress, you will play an important supporting role within the front-of-house team, helping to deliver flawless service while learning from experienced hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the waiting team to ensure seamless and efficient service
Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
Prepare and maintain mise en place and service stations
Reset and present tables to the highest standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant
Anticipate the needs of guests and colleagues during service
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and sommelier teams
Assist with opening, closing and side duties
Uphold the exceptional service standards expected at MA/NA

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
A genuine passion for restaurants and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Eagerness to learn and develop within fine dining
Excellent attention to detail and pride in personal presentation
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Calm and professional under pressure
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
