As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading the floor, developing your team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience within a fast-paced, premium environment.

The Role – Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead from the front, delivering exceptional service standards at all times
- Support the overall performance of the restaurant, driving sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating working environment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the floor
- Maintain compliance with all health & safety standards
- Monitor stock, control costs, and minimise waste
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve the guest experience
What We’re Looking For – Restaurant Manager
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step up
- Background in premium, high-volume or Michelin-level environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late hours
