Sale e Pepe Knightsbridge is one of London's most iconic Italian restaurants, proudly serving authentic Italian hospitality since 1974. Known for its warm service, vibrant atmosphere, and timeless Italian cuisine, Sale e Pepe continues to offer guests a memorable dining experience in the heart of Knightsbridge.


We are now looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waiter to join our front-of-house team and help deliver exceptional service to every guest.


The Role

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service throughout the dining experience. Working closely with the wider front-of-house team, you will ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and efficient hospitality from arrival to departure.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high standards of service.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service in line with Sale e Pepe standards

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit

Take food, wine, and drinks orders accurately and confidently

Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and answer guest questions

Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently

Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to a high standard

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

Handle guest feedback in a professional and positive manner

Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the restaurant floor

Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards


About You

Previous experience as a Waiter in a quality restaurant

Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

Friendly, confident, and professional with excellent communication skills

Well presented with a positive attitude

Good knowledge of food, wine, and restaurant service standards

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with a proactive approach

Organised, reliable, and guest-focused

Must have the right to live and work in the UK
