  • Work closely with venue leadership to ensure booking arrangements reflect service capacity and business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure special requests are communicated effectively.

About You

You are an experienced Reservations Manager, or a Senior Reservations Executive ready to progress, with a background in premium restaurants or hospitality.

You will bring strong hands-on knowledge of OpenTable configuration and reporting, commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work independently. As Reservations Manager, you will also be a supportive team leader who combines warm guest service with sound operational judgement.
