Los Mochis Notting Hill is seeking an exceptional Host / Hostess who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

This is more than a Host / Hostess position. We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality environment who is ambitious, commercially aware, and eager to develop into a more senior role as we continue to grow.

The Role

As Host / Hostess, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression for every guest while learning every aspect of our reception operation.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will develop the leadership, organisational and commercial skills required to progress into a senior position.

As your experience grows, you will take increasing responsibility for leading shifts, supporting the reception team, overseeing reservations and helping drive exceptional guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, polished and professional welcome to every guest
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins and table allocations efficiently
  • Support the daily operation of the reception team
  • Build strong relationships with our Reservations and Events departments
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of menus, allergens and dietary requirements
  • Assist with training and mentoring newer team members
  • Support management in maintaining smooth restaurant operations
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and take ownership during service
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and guest care


About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Host / Hostess, Receptionist or similar guest-facing role within premium hospitality
  • A genuine ambition to progress into a senior receptionist role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
  • A proactive approach with natural leadership potential
  • A passion for delivering world-class guest experiences
