Thesleff Group is looking for a warm, confident and organised Host/Hostess to join the team at Sale e Pepe La Terrazza, our vibrant outdoor dining terrace at Sale e Pepe Mare.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess plays an essential part in creating a welcoming first impression, managing reservations and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless arrival experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their hospitality career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group. Once the La Terrazza summer season comes to an end, the Host/Hostess role will transfer into Sale e Pepe Mare, offering continued employment through the colder months.

What we’re looking for

As our Host/Hostess, you will:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently throughout service.

Coordinate closely with the restaurant and front-of-house team to ensure smooth table flow.

Handle guest enquiries in person and over the phone with confidence and care.

Maintain exceptional standards of presentation at the reception area.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining attention to detail.

Bring energy, reliability and a positive attitude to every shift.

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess within a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality environment would be beneficial, but attitude, communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn are equally important.
