Talent Acquisition Manager

London | Full-time | Office Based with Occasional Site Visits

Thesleff Group is looking for a proactive, connected and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing Head Office team and lead recruitment across one of London’s most exciting hospitality groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about people, hospitality and finding exceptional talent. Working closely with our Head of People, Operations, General Managers, Head Chefs, Marketing and Learning & Development teams, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment journey across our growing portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands.

Our portfolio includes Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis London City, Sale e Pepe, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair, Viajante87 and Bad Boy Burritos, alongside several exciting new concepts currently in development.

This is much more than a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and always looking ahead. Someone who enjoys building relationships, discovering great talent before they are actively looking, experimenting with new sourcing channels and creating a recruitment strategy that reflects the individuality and ambition of our brands.

You will play a key role in building the teams behind our guest experience, while helping to shape how Thesleff Group attracts, engages and develops talent as we continue to grow.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across the Thesleff Group, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates across front of house, culinary, management and support roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, CV databases, social media, industry contacts and creative new channels.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring while maintaining the quality and individuality expected of luxury and lifestyle brands.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenge briefs where appropriate and agree effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the interview, selection, reference and offer processes with pace, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Create a market-leading candidate experience at every stage.
  • Work with the People and L&D teams to connect recruitment with onboarding, talent development and future career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to develop creative attraction campaigns and compelling recruitment content.
  • Manage recruitment channels and budgets, ensuring activity is innovative, cost-effective and delivers a strong return on investment.
  • Use our ATS to maintain accurate records, manage vacancies and track candidates through each stage of the process.
  • Produce clear recruitment reports and insights, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, cost-per-hire, candidate flow and quality of hire.
  • Use data, AI and recruitment technology intelligently to improve sourcing, efficiency and decision-making.
  • Continually review the recruitment process and recommend practical improvements to the Head of People and operational leadership team.

About you

You are a proactive and naturally curious recruiter who enjoys finding people others have missed. You are equally comfortable speaking with a senior hospitality professional, a rising chef, a venue manager or someone taking their first step into luxury hospitality.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience managing recruitment in a high-volume hospitality, lifestyle, retail, hotel or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • An exceptional understanding of the London hospitality scene and a strong network of relevant talent.
  • Experience recruiting for luxury, premium or lifestyle brands, with a clear understanding of the standards and expectations involved.
  • A demonstrated ability to proactively source talent rather than relying solely on applications. Strong knowledge of ATS/talent-funnel systems, with expert-level confidence using recruitment data and reporting.
  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging recruitment tools, and the ability to use technology thoughtfully and effectively.
  • Excellent interviewing, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance speed, quality and cost.
  • Excellent organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers constructively.
  • A positive, open and solutions-focused approach.
  • Energy, warmth and a genuine love of interacting with people.
  • A passion for talent scouting, creative sourcing and discovering new avenues to reach exceptional candidates.

Above all, you will be someone who sees recruitment as relationship-building, brand-building and future-building—not simply filling vacancies.

What We Offer

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 10 days fully paid sick leave
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Pension Scheme
  • Career progression within a rapidly expanding hospitality group
  • Salary sacrifice
  • Study support
  • 50% discount across our restaurants when dining with family and friends
