During the warmer months, La Terrazza extends that experience outdoors with a more relaxed, vibrant atmosphere.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a Bar Manager who understands that a great bar is about much more than making great drinks. You will be responsible for the complete operation: your team, standards, service, stock, GP, training and, importantly, creating an atmosphere that guests want to return to.</p><p><br /></p><p>As Bar Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop the drinks offering across Sale e Pepe Mare and La Terrazza while ensuring both concepts retain their own personality.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>As our Bar Manager, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead, motivate and develop the bar team, creating a strong culture of service and accountability</li><li>Maintain consistently high standards across Sale e Pepe Mare and La Terrazza</li><li>Oversee cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring excellent product knowledge throughout the team</li><li>Work with the wider team to develop seasonal drinks and commercially strong menus</li><li>Take ownership of stock management, ordering, wastage, GP and bar-related costs</li><li>Ensure rotas and staffing levels reflect the needs of the business</li><li>Recruit, train and develop new and existing team members</li><li>Drive sales through confident recommendations, upselling and genuine hospitality</li><li>Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and compliance</li><li>Work collaboratively with the restaurant, kitchen and senior leadership teams</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a Bar Manager who combines strong operational ability with personality and presence.</p><p>You will ideally have:</p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bar leader within a premium restaurant, hotel or high-volume hospitality environment</li><li>Strong cocktail, spirits and general beverage knowledge</li><li>A solid understanding of stock control, GP and commercial bar management</li><li>Experience leading, training and developing a high-performing team</li><li>The confidence to manage a busy operation while remaining visible and engaged with guests</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a Bar Manager who wants real ownership of a premium bar operation while working across the year-round Sale e Pepe Mare restaurant and the energy of La Terrazza during the summer season.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About Thesleff Group</strong></p><p>Thesleff Group is a London-based hospitality group behind some of the capital&#39;s most distinctive restaurants and bars, including Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis City, Sale e Pepe Knightsbridge, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair and Viajante87.</p><p><br /></p><p>We build brands, shape culture and create moments and as we continue to grow, we are looking for talented hospitality professionals who want to grow with us.</p><p><br /></p><p>Thesleff Group is an equal opportunities employer.
